ImageUpg is committed to your privacy. We process your images in isolated containers and permanently delete them within 60 minutes. We never store, analyze, or use your images for AI training.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. When you use our service, we temporarily process the images you upload for enhancement purposes only.
We use your personal information to provide and maintain our service, process your subscription payments through Lemon Squeezy (our payment processor), send you important service updates, and improve our product experience.
All uploaded images are processed in isolated, sandboxed GPU containers. Images are permanently deleted from all servers within 60 minutes of processing. We never store images beyond the processing window. We never use your images for AI model training. We never share your images with third parties. All data transmission is encrypted via TLS 1.3.
Payment processing is handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. We never see, store, or have access to your credit card details, bank account numbers, or other financial information. Lemon Squeezy processes payments in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
We use minimal cookies strictly necessary for authentication and remembering your preferences (such as display settings). We use localStorage to track daily usage limits. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or analytics that identify individual users.

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time. You can delete your account from the Profile settings, which will remove all associated data. You can request a copy of your data by contacting us at the email below.
ImageUpg is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of any material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
