ImageUpg is an AI-powered image upscaling service that enhances image resolution using neural network technology. We offer free and paid subscription tiers with varying features and usage limits.
You may use basic features without an account. To access enhanced features, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
ImageUpg offers the following plans:
Annual plans are available at a discounted rate. All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of your billing period.
Pro plan includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged the applicable fee.

You retain all rights to images you upload and their enhanced versions. ImageUpg claims no ownership over your content. We grant you a license to use our service interface and tools as described in your subscription plan. The ImageUpg brand, logo, and website design are our intellectual property.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with advance notice when possible. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
ImageUpg is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Refund requests are handled by Lemon Squeezy according to their refund policy. If you are unsatisfied with the service, contact us within 14 days of purchase for assistance.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your Profile settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
